Coal India, Gail at multi-yr highs on Reuters report of fertiliser JV investment

** Coal India  COAL.NS , Rashtriya Chemicals and Fertilizers
(RCF)  RSTC.NS  and Gail (India)  GAIL.NS  jump 2%-3%
    ** The 3 state-run firms will invest 30.95 bln rupees ($372
mln) in their fertiliser JV in Odisha, Reuters reports
    ** COAL rises as much as 2% to 318.35 rupees, its highest
since March 2017, before paring some gains to close up 1.8%
    ** RCF jumps 3.1% to a 10-month high of 143.15 rupees,
before trimming a chunk of its gains to close up 0.5%
    ** GAIL gains 1.9% to a near 4-year high of 132.45 rupees,
before settling up 1.1%
    ** GAIL up 37% YTD, while COAL is up 41%; RFC is up just
4.4%
