** Shares of Rashtriya Chemicals and Fertilizers  RSTC.NS 
rise as much as 3.74% to 116.40 rupees
    ** CNBC-Awaaz reports that Urea Gold (sulphur-coated urea)
fertilizer will be launched on Thursday
    ** RSTC among leading makers of urea-based fertilizers
    ** RSTC didn't immediately respond to Reuters' query   
    ** Union cabinet had approved introduction of the fertilizer
on June 28 
    ** Trading volume is 4.22 mln shares as of 12:21 p.m. IST,
above the 30-day avg of 4.05 mln shares - Refinitiv data
    ** RSTC down over 14% in 2023 versus a 9.4% rise in Nifty 50
