** Shares of Rashtriya Chemicals and Fertilizers  RSTC.NS 
up as much as 5.3% to 113.65 rupees, biggest intraday pct gain
since July 5 
    ** Stock on track for a second consecutive session of gains
if trend holds 
    ** Co received prior environmental clearance from Ministry
of Environment, Forest and Climate Change for installation of
new nano-urea fertilizer plant.
    ** Trading volume is 4.2 mln shares as of 12:52 p.m. IST,
1.1x the 30-day avg of 3.9 mln shares - Refinitiv data
    ** As of last close, stock down nearly 20% YTD
