Rathbone Brothers Plc Profit Share Plan deferred share awards (adjusted to
reflect dividends paid since 2012) have now vested. The shares below were
purchased on 24 February 2016 at £22.64 and were transferred to the
beneficial ownership of the directors and PDMRs listed below for no
