Directorate Change and changes to Director Responsibilities
   
In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.11, the Company announces that David Harrel, senior independent director and chairman of the remuneration committee, will not be seeking re-election at the 2017 AGM as he has reached the ninth anniversary of his appointment to the board. Subject to regulatory approval, Sarah Gentleman will be appointed chairman of the remuneration committee following the AGM. The board will appoint a senior independent director in due course.
