The Company was notified that on 2 November 2023 Jennifer Mathias, Group Chief
Financial Officer, exercised an option over 1,658 ordinary shares of 5 pence
each with voting rights. The option was granted on 21 April 2020, with an
option price of £10.85, in accordance with the rules of the Company's HM
Revenue & Customs approved Savings Related Share Option Plan 2019.
