** Shares of power generation company RattanIndia Power
Ltd's shares  RTNP.NS  up as much as 4.7% at 4.45 rupees - its
sharpest pct gain in over two weeks
    ** Co on late Tuesday said active discussions for resolution
of the Sinnar Plant were on with the lenders of Sinnar Thermal
Power along with other stakeholders, including the state
government of Maharashtra and the union government's Ministry of

    ** More than 9.5 mln shares traded, 0.4x their 30-day moving
avg of more than 25 mln shares
