** Shares of RattanIndia Enterprises  RTNI.NS  up 7.2% at
74.20 rupees, after rising as much as 8% earlier in the session 
    ** RTNI said on Thursday its electric motorcycles unit
Revolt Intellicorp has acquired 100% stake of Neoseller Ltd
    ** Adds, Revolt through Neoseller shall open its dealerships
and service stations to directly sell Revolt's products and
provide after sale services to the customers
    ** Trading vol 1.2x 30-day daily avg
    ** Stock fell 9.3% in March qtr, after three straight
quarterly gains
