    ** Co posts Q3 net loss of 1.7 bln rupees ($19.5 mln) vs
year-ago profit of 1.88 bln rupees
    ** Expenses jumped 27% y/y; total rev rose 2%
    ** RTNI was up 2.3% before results
    ** Stock down 16% YTD
