** Shares of operator of Pie Five and Pizza Inn restaurants
Rave Restaurant Group  RAVE.O  rise 2.5% to $1.24; stock on
course to rise for the fourth straight session
    ** RAVE says Nasdaq notified that it had regained compliance
with the minimum closing bid price requirement as a result of
the closing bid price of the common stock exceeding $1 per share

    ** RAVE last month received notice that it was not in
compliance with Nasdaq's continued listing standard
    ** Shares have gained nearly 23% this year
