Resignation of Auditor

 

RC365 Holding plc (LSE: RCGH), an established payment solutions and fintech
company, announces that it has received notification of the resignation of LB
Group as auditor of the Company.

 

In accordance with section 519 Companies Act 2006, LB Group has confirmed that
there are no circumstances connected with their ceasing to hold office which
they consider should be brought to the attention of members or creditors of
the Company.

 

The Company is working to engage a new auditor to conduct the audit for the
year ending 31 March 2025.
