Appointment of Financial Adviser

RC365, a company focusing on payment gateway solutions and IT support and
security services, is pleased to announce that it has strengthened its
professional advisory team with the appointment of Guild Financial Advisory
Limited ("Guild") as Financial Adviser to the Company. Guild will primarily
advise RC365 on its obligations as a public company as it continues to execute
on its strategy over the coming months.
