RC Fornax (AIM:RCFX), the UK-based consultancy delivering high-impact engineering solutions to the defence sector's most critical platforms - accredited, in-demand, and built to scale - announces that Mark Fahy, Non-Executive Chair of the Company, yesterday acquired 38,173 ordinary shares of £0.0025 each in capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 26.95 pence per share.

As a result of this purchase, Mr Fahy is interested in 192,019 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.34% of the total voting rights of the Company.
