PDMR Dealing

 

RC Fornax (AIM:RCFX) announces that Chris Brooks, Managing Director of the
Company, acquired 28,110 ordinary shares of £0.0025 each in capital of the
Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of approximately 6.05 pence per share
on 26 November 2025.

As a result of the purchase, Mr Brooks is interested in 56,402 Ordinary
Shares, representing approximately 0.1% of the total voting rights of the
Company.
