Director/PDMR Dealings

 

Reabold Resources plc, the investing company focussed on developing strategic
gas projects for European energy security, announces that on 16 June 2025, the
following transactions were made by Directors of the Company.

 

a)   Sachin Oza, Co-Chief Executive Officer, purchased 79,000,000 Ordinary
Shares at a price of 0.0625 pence per share.

 

b)   Stephen Williams, Co-Chief Executive Officer, purchased 90,906,363
Ordinary Shares at a price of 0.055 pence per share.

 

Following these transactions, which are further detailed in the PDMR
Notification Forms below, Sachin Oza's (including persons closely associated
with Sachin Oza) ultimate beneficial ownership is 298,720,298 Ordinary Shares,
representing 2.93% of the Company's issued share capital (excluding treasury
shares). Stephen Williams' (including persons closely associated with Stephen
Williams) ultimate beneficial ownership is 178,211,060 Ordinary Shares,
representing 1.75% of the Company's issued share capital (excluding treasury
shares).
