REACT Group plc (AIM: REAT.L), the leading specialist support services provider to the FM industry, received the below notice in accordance with the Disclosure and Transparency Rules that Helium Rising Stars Fund, managed by MRB Fund Partners AG ("Helium"), has a notifiable interest in the voting rights of 585,000 ordinary shares of 12.5 pence each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares"), representing c.2.48% of the Company's issued share capital (previously 5.53%).
The Company understands that, pursuant to the restructuring of other Helium funds and the resultant reallocation of holdings, Ordinary Shares recently sold by Helium Rising Stars Fund have been acquired, off-market, by individuals affiliated with Helium who collectively remain supportive shareholders in the Company.
