Board Succession Update

 

 

The Company is pleased to announce that Andreas Tautscher, who joined the
Board in May 2024, has been appointed as Chair of the Company with effect from
1 November 2024, succeeding the current Chair Bob Cowdell.

 

As previously announced, Mr Cowdell stood and was duly re-elected (98.9% of
votes cast in favour) at the Company's recent AGM to accommodate the
completion of the search for his successor and he will retire from the Board
on 31 October 2024 after an effective transition to Mr Tautscher. The Board
wishes to thank Mr Cowdell for his support and tenure as Chair over the last
nine years, especially through the most recent period of challenging market
conditions.

 

Mr Tautscher was previously a senior banker at Deutsche Bank. He also
currently serves on a number of other listed company boards as previously
disclosed.

 

The Company has appointed an independent recruitment firm and a search is
underway to recruit an additional Board member following Mr Cowdell's
retirement. Further announcements will be made once a successful candidate has
been identified.
