Director/PDMR Shareholding

 

 

Real Estate Investors Plc (AIM:RLE), the UK's only Midlands-focused Real
Estate Investment Trust (REIT), with a portfolio of commercial property across
all sectors, announces that it has been notified that Paul Bassi, Chief
Executive Officer, purchased, in aggregate, 200,000 ordinary shares of 10p
each ("Ordinary Shares") between 1 April 2026 and 2 April 2026.

 

Following the purchases, Paul Bassi is interested in 18,200,000 Ordinary
Shares, representing approximately 10.41% of the Company's issued ordinary
share capital.

 

The notification below, made in accordance with the requirements of the UK
Market Abuse Regulation, provides further detail.

investment company and REIT with a portfolio of mixed-use commercial property,
managed by a highly experienced property team with over 100 years of combined
experience of operating in the Midlands property market across all sectors.

ongoing disposal programme will be dictated by market conditions, with an
