Director/PDMR Shareholdings

 

Real Estate Investors Plc (AIM:RLE), the UK's only Midlands-focused Real
Estate Investment Trust (REIT), with a portfolio of commercial property across
all sectors, announces that further to the announcement on 20 June 2022 of
the vesting of share awards to Paul Bassi (Chief Executive) in respect of
219,492 ordinary shares of 10p each ("Ordinary Shares") and Marcus Daly
(Finance Director) in respect of 137,183 Ordinary Shares, on 7 July 2022,
these directors exercised their right to acquire such Ordinary Shares for nil
consideration.

 

These Ordinary Shares, together with a further 59,861 Ordinary Shares in
relation to share awards to other employees, have been issued and allotted by
the Company. Application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for the
admission of 416,536 new Ordinary Shares to trading on AIM ("Admission").
Admission is expected to occur on or around 8.00 a.m. on 14 July 2022.

 

Following Admission, the Company's issued share capital will comprise
179,794,434 Ordinary Shares with 26 Ordinary Shares held in treasury.
Therefore the total number of voting rights in the Company is 179,794,408.
This figure of 179,794,408 may be used by shareholders in the Company as the
denominator for the calculation by which they will determine if they are
required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the
share capital of the Company under the Financial Conduct Authority's
Disclosure, Guidance and Transparency Rules.

 

Following Admission, Paul Bassi will be interested in 12,219,492 Ordinary
Shares (representing 6.79% of the Company's issued ordinary share capital) and
Marcus Daly will be interested in 2,513,487 Ordinary Shares (representing
1.40% of the Company's issued ordinary share capital).
