June 3 (Reuters) - The following Spanish stocks may be
affected by newspaper reports and other factors on Wednesday.

REPSOL REP.MC
Repsol agreed the pricing and the terms and conditions of
two subordinated bond sales for a total amount of 1.50 billion

IBERDROLA IBE.MC
The company said that the final issuance price of additional
bonds had amounted to 125.9697 % of their nominal value and thus
total amount of issuance would be 251.9 million euros.

Iberdrola will invest between 3 and 4 billion euros in
France over the next four years to develop renewables, according
to the Spanish newspaper Expansion.
MASMOVIL MASM.MC
The funds KKR, Cinven and Providence signed a clause that
would make it difficult for other telephone operators such as
Orange ORAN.PA or Vodafone to counterbid for MasMovil,
newspaper Cinco Dias reported.
According to Cinco Dias, BlackRock raised its stake in
MasMovil to 6.5%.
REALIA RLIA.MC
Realia sped up its new home rental business with an
investment of almost 54 million euros, Expansion reported.
PROSEGUR PSG.MC
The company has agreed to sell its security and technology
business in France to Fiducial, according to Expansion
