Oct 24 (Reuters) - Realord Group  1196.HK - 
    * Qianhai E-Commerce and Shenzhen Xiapu entered into 
memorandum of understanding 
    * Memorandum of understanding in relation to the appointment 
Of agent to apply for change of land use and the grant of option 
over the rights and benefits in the joint development agreement  
    * Pursuant to MOU, Qianhai E-Commerce has appointed Realord 
Realty to apply on its behalf for change of use of Baoan Land
