 * On 24 March 2016, purchaser (an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of the 
   company) and vendor had entered into the agreement 
 * Says deal at a cash consideration of RMB238 million 
 * Says transaction in relation to the acquisition of the entire issue share 
   capital of citibest global limited
