Luxury reseller RealReal falls, CEO Koryl exits

** Shares of RealReal Inc  REAL.O  down nearly 6% at $2.75 in
early trading
    ** The online luxury goods reseller says John Koryl has been
replaced by president and operating chief Rati Levesque as CEO,
effective immediately
    ** Koryl, who has been at the helm for just over a year and
a half, also steps down from the board 
    ** REAL raises FY24 outlook for revenue to a range of $595
mln to $602 mln, above prior target of $580 mln-$595 mln
    ** Posts preliminary Q3 revenue of $147.8 mln, above prior
guided range of $135 mln to $142 mln
    ** Stock up 46% so far this year
