declines  .N 
    ** Company says John Koryl will join the company as CEO
effective Feb. 6
    ** Koryl was formerly the president of Canadian Tire Corp's
 CTCa.TO  digital segment
    ** REAL says interim co-CEOs Rati Sahi Levesque and Robert
Julian will remain with company as COO and CFO, respectively 
    ** Company's founder Julie Wainwright had stepped down as
CEO, chairperson and member of the board after 11 years in June
2022 
    ** Up to Tuesday's close, stock had fallen ~85% in the last
12 months
