REC Silicon jumps as Moses Lake plant issues are resolved

** REC Silicon's  RECSI.OL  shares rise more than 20%
    ** The Norway-based advanced silicon material producer says
issues around product impurity at the Moses Lake facility
resolved
    ** However, the first shipment of the ultra-high purity
polysilicon is delayed till mid-October, it says
    ** "The fear in the stock market has probably been around
further delays and whether they would get rid of the impurities
at all," Pareto Securities analyst Gard A. Aarvik says
    ** "It's positive to see that they are now at a satisfactory
level, even though the first products will now be sold a month
later than previously indicated," he adds
    ** The shares are on track for their best day in more than
one year and 7 months
    ** Co is top performer on the Oslo Benchmark Index OSEBX
