DIRECTOR/PDMR SHAREHOLDING

 

  

Reckitt Benckiser Group plc (the "Company") announces the following changes in the interests of Directors and Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility ("PDMR") in ordinary shares of 10 5/12 pence each in the share capital of the Company ("Shares").

 

Vesting of Conditional Share Awards made prior to appointment as Chief Executive Officer

 

A conditional share award of 10,000 shares under the Reckitt Benckiser Group 2016 Senior Executive Share Ownership Policy Plan granted to Kris Licht on 4 November 2019, at the time he joined Reckitt as Chief Transformation Officer and prior to his appointment as Chief Executive Officer, vested on 28 April 2026. 5,435 shares were sold on 28 April 2026 at a price of £47.528946 per share to release sufficient funds to settle resultant tax and social security liabilities arising from the vesting. Following this, 4,565 shares were retained.

 

The following notifications are made in accordance with DTR 3.1.2-A, incorporating article 19(1) of the Market Abuse Regulation.
