Reckitt confirms that the following documents have been published today and
are available on its website, www.reckitt.com:

 

·      Annual Report and Financial Statements for the year ended 31
December 2024 ("2024 Annual Report")

·      Notice of the 2025 Annual General Meeting ("AGM") to be held on 8
May 2025 ("2025 AGM Notice")

 

In compliance with UK Listing Rules 6.4.1 and 6.4.3, the following documents
have been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be
available for inspection at

The Company's AGM will be held at 2pm on Thursday 8 May 2025 at the London
Heathrow Marriott Hotel, Bath Road, Hayes UB3 5AN. The 2024 Annual Report
together with the 2025 AGM Notice and Form of Proxy will be mailed or
