COMPLETION OF SECOND TRANCHE OF 2025 SHARE BUYBACK PROGRAMME

 

 

Reckitt Benckiser Group plc ("Reckitt" or the "Company") confirms the
completion of the second tranche of its £1 billion share buyback programme
(the "Programme") announced on 24 July 2025.

 

Under the Second Tranche, between 22 October 2025 and 28 January 2026, the
Company purchased 3,461,470 ordinary shares of 10p each (the "Ordinary
Shares") at an average price of £59.46, and which were held in treasury.

 

On 16 December 2025, the Company announced the cancellation of 30 million
ordinary shares held in treasury. On 13 January 2026, the Company announced
the cancellation of a further 14 ordinary shares held in treasury.
Accordingly, the Company no longer intends to cancel further ordinary shares
held in treasury in connection with the completion of the second tranche of
the Programme.
