Non-Executive Director of Reckitt, has been appointed as a Director on the
Board of Fomento Económico Mexicano, S.A.B. de C.V. (FEMSA) (NYSE: FMX; BMV:
FEMSA UBD, FEMSA BD) effective 22 March 2024.
