EMTN Programme: publication of Base Prospectus

 

Reckitt Benckiser Group plc (the "Company") today announces that the base
prospectus for the £10,000,000,000 Euro Medium Term Note ("EMTN") Programme
of Reckitt Benckiser Treasury Services plc, guaranteed by the Company, has
been published (the "Base Prospectus").

 

A copy of the Base Prospectus has been submitted to the National Storage
Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at and can be
