Results for THE YEAR ENDED 31 DECEMBER 2025

 

Reckitt Benckiser Group plc (the "Company" or "Reckitt") (LSE: RKT) today
announces its Full Year Results statement for the year ended 31 December 2025

Dividend

The Board of Directors are proposing a final 2025 dividend of 127.8 pence
(2024: 121.7 pence), resulting in a full year 2025 dividend of 212.2 pence, up
5.0% (2024: 202.1 pence), in line with our policy to deliver sustainable
growth through a progressive dividend.

Subject to shareholder approval, the ex-dividend date for the proposed final
dividend will be 9 April 2026 and the dividend will be paid on 12 June 2026 to
shareholders on the register at the record date of 10 April 2026. The final
2025 dividend will be accrued once approved by shareholders.
