Share Dealing

 

The Company was notified that interests connected to Mr. Ion Florescu have on
14 December 2023 purchased 51,500 ordinary shares of €0.01 each ("Ordinary
Shares") at a price of €0.0265 per Ordinary Share. Following this
transaction, Mr. Ion Florescu is the beneficial owner either directly or
indirectly of 85,495,577 Ordinary Shares, representing 63.06% of the total
issued share capital of the Company with voting rights.
