Notice of Capital Markets Teach-In

Record plc ("Record" or "the Company"), the specialist currency and asset
manager, is pleased to announce it will be holding a Capital Markets Teach-In
in London on Thursday, 9 February from 13:30 GMT.

The Capital Markets Teach-In will be an opportunity for analysts,
institutional and retail investors to learn more about the evolution of the
Company's strategy and ambition, with a focus on modernisation and
diversification.
