The Company announces, in accordance with DTR 3.1.4R(1) that on 20 September
2022 the following directors and senior managers of the Company (each a person
discharging managerial responsibilities) exercised share options issued under

detailed above, and (where relevant) income tax and national insurance
liability arising from the gain on exercise. The Company was notified of this
disposal on 21 September 2022.
