Notification and public disclosure of transactions by persons discharging
managerial responsibilities and persons closely associated with them in
accordance with the Market Abuse Regulation

 

The following directors and senior managers of the Company acquired Ordinary
Shares at a price of 64.11 pence per share pursuant to their rights under the
Group Bonus Scheme on 1 July 2024. The Company was notified of these
acquisitions on 1 July 2024.
