NOTICE OF HALF YEAR RESULTS

Record plc ("Record" or "the Company"), the specialist currency and asset
manager, will announce its half year results for the six months ended 30
September 2022 on Tuesday, 29 November 2022.

There will be a video call for sell-side analysts at 09:30 on the day of
