CVC readies full takeover of Recordati, Il Sole 24 Ore reports

ROME, March 26 (Reuters) - CVC Capital Partners CVC.AS is preparing a full takeover of Italian pharma group Recordati RECI.MI, financial daily Il Sole 24 Ore reported on Thursday. CVC, which already has a controlling stake in Recordati, has written to the company's board announcing the move, the newspaper added. Recordati's shares jumped on the news, up 9% at 1134 GMT.
