** Casino and gaming co's shares  RRR.O  up 3.2% at $37.9 
    ** Co says its subsidiary Station Casinos LLC will sell the
Palms Casinos Resort for $650 mln in cash to a unit of the San
Manuel Band of Mission Indians
    ** Latham & Watkins LLP represented San Manuel and Jefferies
LLC is acting as financial advisor to San Manuel on the
