** Redtape  REDT.NS  rises 3.5% to 897 rupees
    ** Apparel and footwear maker approves issue of three bonus
shares for every share held
    ** REDT also approves dividend of two rupees per share
    ** More than 356,000 shares traded, 4.5x the 30-day avg
    ** Stock up 91% YTD
