REDCENTRIC PLC (AIM: RCN),  a leading UK IT Managed Services provider,
announces that the Company has been notified that on 24 December 2025,
Richard McGuire, Non-Executive Director of Redcentric, purchased 29,000
'Ordinary Shares' at 118 pence each in the Company. Following this
transaction, his current holding is 50,008.
