Notice of Results, Publication of Annual Report and Notice of AGM and
Appointment of Company Secretary

Redcentric plc (AIM: RCN), a leading UK IT managed services provider offering
cloud, cyber security, connectivity and communication solutions to mid-market
and enterprise customers, announces the following:

 

Notice of results

The Company will publish its preliminary results for the financial year ended
31 March 2024 on Thursday 15 August 2024.

 

Publication of Annual Report and Notice of AGM

The Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 March 2024 will be
available on the Company's website at www.redcentricplc.com from 3 September
2024. Notice of the Company's Annual General Meeting ("AGM") will be posted to
shareholders on 2 September 2024.

The AGM of the Company will be held at 11.00 a.m. on Thursday 26 September
2024 at the offices of Cavendish Ltd, 1 Bartholomew Close, London EC1A 7BL.

 

Appointment of Company Secretary

Following the resignation of Nick Heron, David Senior has been appointed as
Company Secretary.  David will remain in this role until a suitable
