** Reddit expects adj. EBITDA between $210 million and $220 million, also above consensus of $202.9 million

** Announces first share repurchase program of up to $1 billion

** Posts Q4 revenue of $726 million, beating estimates of $665.4 million; daily active unique visitors rose 19% to 121.4 million
