 * Qtrly revenue of $3.42 million, down 6% year-over-year due to a 7% decrease 
   in the Indian rupee to U.S. dollar exchange rate 
 * Marketplace revenue as a share of total revenues grew to 33%, compared to 31% 
   in the corresponding quarter last year
