Transaction in Own Shares

Redrow plc ("Redrow") announces that on 14 July 2022 it purchased the
following number of its ordinary shares of 10.5p each from Peel Hunt LLP as
part of the buyback programme announced on 14 July 2022.

 Aggregate number of Ordinary Shares purchased:       23,977
 Lowest price paid per share (GBp):                   496.00
 Highest price paid per share (GBp):                  508.00
 Volume weighted average price paid per share (GBp):  505.8418

Of the 23,977 ordinary shares purchased, Redrow intends to cancel 14,386
ordinary shares and hold in treasury 9,591 ordinary shares.

Following settlement of the above purchases and cancellation of the 14,386
ordinary shares, Redrow has 352,166,443 ordinary shares of 10.5p each in issue
(excluding 9,591 ordinary shares of 10.5p each held in treasury).

This figure 352,166,443 represents the total voting rights in Redrow and may
be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they
can determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to
their interest in, the Company under the Financial Conduct Authority's
Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
