Transaction in Own Shares
Redrow plc ("Redrow") announces that on 26 July 2022 it purchased the
following number of its ordinary shares of 10.5p each from Peel Hunt LLP as
part of the buyback programme announced on 14 July 2022.

Aggregate number of Ordinary Shares purchased: 178,259
Lowest price paid per share (GBp): 571.25
Highest price paid per share (GBp): 582.00
Volume weighted average price paid per share (GBp): 574.0776
Broker Peel Hunt LLP
Of the 178,259 ordinary shares purchased, Redrow intends to cancel 106,955
ordinary shares and hold in treasury 71,304 ordinary shares.
Following settlement of the above purchases and cancellation of the 106,955
ordinary shares, Redrow has 351,861,292 ordinary shares of 10.5p each in issue
(excluding 131,651 ordinary shares of 10.5p each held in treasury).
This figure 351,861,292 represents the total number of voting rights in Redrow
and may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by
which they can determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or
a change to their interest in, the Company under the Financial Conduct
Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
