Transaction in Own Shares
Redrow plc ("Redrow") announces that on 4 August 2022 it purchased the
following number of its ordinary shares of 10.5p each from Peel Hunt LLP as
part of the buyback programme announced on 14 July 2022.

Aggregate number of Ordinary Shares purchased: 153,882
Lowest price paid per share (GBp): 566.00
Highest price paid per share (GBp): 580.00
Volume weighted average price paid per share (GBp): 571.1219
Broker Peel Hunt LLP
Of the 153,882 ordinary shares purchased, Redrow intends to cancel 92,329
ordinary shares and hold in treasury 61,553 ordinary shares.
Following settlement of the above purchases and cancellation of the 92,329
ordinary shares, Redrow has 351,355,424 ordinary shares of 10.5p each in issue
(excluding 333,998 ordinary shares of 10.5p each held in treasury).
This figure 351,355,424 represents the total number of voting rights in Redrow
and may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by
which they can determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or
a change to their interest in, the Company under the Financial Conduct
Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
