Transaction in Own Shares
Redrow plc ("Redrow") announces that on 24 August 2022 it purchased the
following number of its ordinary shares of 10.5p each from Peel Hunt LLP as
part of the buyback programme announced on 14 July 2022.

Aggregate number of Ordinary Shares purchased: 158,905
Lowest price paid per share (GBp): 519.5000
Highest price paid per share (GBp): 529.5000
Volume weighted average price paid per share (GBp): 521.1658
Broker Peel Hunt LLP
Of the 158,905 ordinary shares purchased, Redrow intends to cancel 95,343
ordinary shares and hold in treasury 63,562 ordinary shares.
Following settlement of the above purchases and cancellation of the 95,343
ordinary shares, Redrow has 348,398,381 ordinary shares of 10.5p each in issue
(excluding 1,516,815 ordinary shares of 10.5p each held in treasury).
This figure 348,398,381 represents the total number of voting rights in Redrow
and may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by
which they can determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or
a change to their interest in, the Company under the Financial Conduct
Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
