Transaction in Own Shares
Redrow plc ("Redrow") announces that on 1 September 2022 it purchased the
following number of its ordinary shares of 10.5p each from Peel Hunt LLP as
part of the buyback programme announced on 14 July 2022.
Date of purchase: 1 September 2022
Aggregate number of Ordinary Shares purchased: 247,795
Lowest price paid per share (GBp): 490.0000
Highest price paid per share (GBp): 505.0000
Volume weighted average price paid per share (GBp): 493.7270
Broker Peel Hunt LLP
Of the 247,795 ordinary shares purchased, Redrow intends to cancel 148,677
ordinary shares and hold in treasury 99,118 ordinary shares.
Following settlement of the above purchases and cancellation of the 148,677
ordinary shares, Redrow has 347,232,731 ordinary shares of 10.5p each in issue
(excluding 1,983,075 ordinary shares of 10.5p each held in treasury).
This figure 347,232,731 represents the total number of voting rights in Redrow
and may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by
which they can determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or
a change to their interest in, the Company under the Financial Conduct
Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
