Transaction in Own Shares
Redrow plc ("Redrow") announces that on 2 September 2022 it purchased the
following number of its ordinary shares of 10.5p each from Peel Hunt LLP as
part of the buyback programme announced on 14 July 2022.
Date of purchase: 2 September 2022
Aggregate number of Ordinary Shares purchased: 262,610
Lowest price paid per share (GBp): 457.2000
Highest price paid per share (GBp): 482.6000
Volume weighted average price paid per share (GBp): 462.7277
Broker Peel Hunt LLP
Of the 262,610 ordinary shares purchased, Redrow intends to cancel 157,566
ordinary shares and hold in treasury 105,044 ordinary shares.
Following settlement of the above purchases and cancellation of the 157,566
ordinary shares, Redrow has 346,970,121 ordinary shares of 10.5p each in issue
(excluding 2,088,119 ordinary shares of 10.5p each held in treasury).
This figure 346,970,121 represents the total number of voting rights in Redrow
and may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by
which they can determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or
a change to their interest in, the Company under the Financial Conduct
Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
