    * Court accepts request for recovery of the damages awarded to the municipality of Pallini 
    * Total amount of damages is 4.7 million euros ($5.10 million) for expropriated area of 
8,800 square meters in Triangle Kampa 
    * Part of the amount will be used as partial repayment of the bond loan of the company
